Six Panel Skirt


Suitable for
Learners aged 18+ who have some machine sewing experience and/or are new to pattern drafting and dressmaking. It is also suitable for intermediate to advanced learners who want to increase their pattern drafting and garment construction knowledge.
Completing the BASIC SKIRT BLOCK PATTERN WORKSHOP is highly recommended before attending this course. This will result in a better-fitting garment and help you understand the pattern drafting process.
Our courses are designed to suit your needs. You can learn how to draft the pattern, sew*, or opt for the Combo, which offers both options. Â
*The sew option is only available to learners who have attended pattern drafting with us. We will not teach you how to sew from a pattern sourced elsewhere.

You will need to bring
Please do not bring heavy, stretchy or silky fabric
- Pattern draftng paper or a roll of plain white/brown paper
- 3m to 4m of light to medium weight cotton, lawn
- 1m fusible interfacing
- Matching colour thread
- 23cm/9" invisible zip (not a standard zip)
Tools and equipment will be provided; we cannot accommodate using your sewing machine
Tea and coffee will be provided; you are welcome to bring refreshments. The Combo workshop will have a break to eat, please bring your lunch.
